​This is 3 year old Rachel. She was owner surrendered after her owner had some health problems. She was spending most of her time in a dog house outside and was having a hard time dealing with that and had developed anxietly. (rightfully so) She is around 55 pounds, skittish around other dogs and great with people, older kids. Cats are a NO GO.  I feel this girl was simply in the wrong home, and if given the proper chance she will thrive. She DESERVES that. Please make sure you can have this girl in your town.
